Dr Mellor provides care during pregnancy, labour and delivery for all types of pregnancy; from low risk, uncomplicated pregnancies to complex high-risk cases. Her training at tertiary obstetric hospitals including the Mater Mothers’ in Brisbane, the Women’s and Children’s Hospital in Adelaide, and the King Edward Memorial Hospital in Perth, has provided broad experience in all aspects of high-risk pregnancy and labour management.
Dr Mellor’s highest priority is the safety of mother and baby, while recognising a woman’s autonomy and right to make choices during labour and delivery.

Gynaecology:
Dr Mellor provides care across a broad range of gynaecological conditions, including abnormal menstrual bleeding, pelvic pain, cervical dysplasia (abnormal pap smears), contraceptive requirements, and early pregnancy complications such as miscarriage and ectopic pregnancy.
Paediatric & Adolescent Gynaecology:
Dr Mellor has experience in the management of paediatric conditions including vulvovaginitis, labial adhesions, precocious puberty and disorders of sexual development.
Adolescent issues she manages include abnormal menstrual bleeding, pelvic pain, polycystic ovarian syndrome, structural abnormalities, delayed puberty and ovarian cysts or masses.
